Most people, when looking for a service provider, want a provider to diagnose the problem immediately, solve the problem quickly and efficiently, warranty their parts and labor, all with a reasonable price point. G & R Appliance Repair has checked all those points for me when my refrigerator was not working at capacity. George worked his expertise and all is running like brand new. I have used their services in the past and will continue to rely on them in the future when the need arises.

I was very satisfied overall with G and R Appliance Repair. First , the reception staff was attentive and professional and made scheduling my LG stove repair seamless and prompt. The technician, Vilo, showed up on time, diagnosed the problem quickly and after receiving the needed parts, fixed the stove to my complete satisfaction. Pricing seemed very reasonable. I will most certainly use G and R again.

I Just purchased an amazing Speed Queen washer from G & R. They were able to beat the competition and as I have mentioned in a previous review, their customer service is beyond that of anyone in this business. They are always prompt in communication, always on time and George is just the best technician out there. If you want a totally hassle free purchase or appliance repair this is where you should immediately go. Their delivery was amazing. This was not the easiest area to access and it involved a flight of stairs. They ALWAYS TAKE CARE OF BUSINESS in the kindest and most polite ways. Try them, you're in for one hell of a treat. If you use them, you'll never use anyone else---GUARANTEED!!!!

I just have to keep reiterating how great these folks are. After having such a positive experience with them for my fridge, I went back to them when my dryer stopped working. It wasn't resolved after the first visit, so I had to call them back a couple of more times. They fixed the issue and generously adjusted our billing to compensate for it. G and R is prompt, competent, fair, honest, and reliable. Rare to find professionals like this. We've used these folks over the years whenever we have appliance issues. These have ranged from dryer, dishwasher, and most recently AC. The issue was promptly diagnosed and the problem resolved with one visit. Great fast work and fair pricing. Highly recommended!

G and R went above and beyond with us for customer service. It took several visits to figure out what was wrong with our washing machine, including some trial and error. When they discovered the first solution did not work, they refunded the labor charges and applied the parts expense to the new part, without us even asking. We've used them before for repairs and had no problems. So to know that if a problem does crop up, they'll take full responsibility for it, both financially and taking the time to get it fixed, was very reassuring. We look forward to working with them in the future.
